Advances in population genetics over the past several decades have dramatically improved our understanding of human biological diversity, and this changes have been decisevly in progressing towards a better understanding of human genetics. By analyzing genetic variation across thousands of individuals from different geographic regions, scientists can reconstruct patterns of migration, isolation, admixture, and demographic change that occurred over tens of thousands of years.

Before the major population transformations of the Holocene Europe, after the last glaciation was inhabited by Western Hunter Gatherers whose genetic profile shows deep continuity with Upper Paleolithic Europeans and strong regional differentiation shaped by long term ecological adaptation. Their genomes reveal low heterozygosity high runs of homozygosity and strong signatures of isolation which correspond to small mobile populations embedded in specific landscapes. Spiritually these groups appear to have lived within an animistic horizon where human animal and environment formed a single relational field. The sacred was not abstract or transcendent but immanent in forests rivers animals and seasonal cycles. Socially their world was horizontal with limited accumulation little formal hierarchy and no durable political authority meaning was produced through participation in life rather than domination over it, you can connect genetically and spiritually this groups with Eastern Hunter Gathers and Caucasian Hunter Gathers.

Population genetics is a central discipline within evolutionary biology that investigates how genetic variation is distributed within and among populations, how this variation is transmitted across generations, and how evolutionary forces shape genetic patterns through time. Unlike molecular genetics, which focuses primarily on genes, mutations, and regulatory mechanisms at the level of cells or individuals, population genetics adopts an explicitly collective perspective, even if it can also be centred in idividuals, but its core is that the fundamental unit of analysis is not the organism, but the population, understood as a group of interbreeding individuals connected by shared ancestry and gene flow, and study the similarities between the different genetic groups, normally is centred about what we call "the human specie".
